We’re here to make our service fit perfectly around your big day. Every wedding is different, so we’ll always give you a custom quote based on what you need. That said, the prices below should give you a rough idea of what we usually offer and how much it might cost.

The prices listed are for local weddings—anything within a 40-mile round trip from our base in BH17. If your venue’s a bit further out, no problem! We just add £1 per extra mile, which we’ll include when we put your quote together.

There’s no VAT to worry about, so the price we give you is what you’ll pay—unless you decide to add anything later on.

One Venue Weddings

Who's this for?
Perfect for couples whose ceremony and reception are at the same location.

What’s included?

  • One chauffeur-driven journey to your venue for one wedding group. If your pick-up is within 5 minutes of the venue, we can do two journeys for the same wedding group.

  • Beautiful decorations for the vehicle.

  • Plenty of time for photos; before you leave, on arrival, and after the ceremony. We’ll stay for up to an hour after the ceremony for photos—we can even take you to a nearby beauty spot for a quick spin and some lovely shots, or just stay at the venue if you prefer.


Optional extras?

Need an extra journey? eg. if there are two brides or two grooms wanting to travel separately, or if the groom’s party needs a lift—we can do that for a little extra, if the pick-up is local (just ask for a personalised quote). Want more photo time after the ceremony? It’s just £25 per extra hour.

Just like with our 'one venue package' - extra journeys (eg. for a second bride's or groom’s party trip) and more time for photos can be added. Just get in touch for a tailored quote.

Getting ready at the venue?

Who's this for?
Perfect for couples, where one of you is getting ready in at a local venue, but you both want to enjoy the wedding car experience.

Prices from £500
We will create a bespoke quote based on your plans—just get in touch!

What’s included?

  • Morning transport for whoever is getting ready at the venue—from their home or accommodation to the venue.

  • A separate pick-up for the second person, bringing them to the venue in style, with time for photos on arrival.

  • After the ceremony, we will stick around for photos with the newlyweds and the car.

  • Want to do a ‘first look’ before the ceremony? We can make that happen too.

  • We’re also happy to include a short drive to a local photo spot after the ceremony if you fancy a quiet moment together (and some gorgeous pictures)!

Photo Only Option

Get the wedding car experience, without the journey!

Who's this for?
Perfect for couples staying at their venue the night before but still wanting that special wedding car moment.

Any vehicle of your choice - from £295
This price is for weddings local to Poole, Bournemouth, or Wimborne - if your venue’s further afield, just get in touch for a personalised quote.

What’s included?

  • your chosen vehicle will arrive during or just after the ceremony - or after the wedding breakfast - to be available for 1.5 hours for photos.

  • we can either keep the car at the venue for photos, or take you both for a little spin to a nearby beauty spot for some extra-special shots.

  • the vehicle will be beautifully decorated, as always.
